limited edition fine art giclée prints
It's taken a while, but due to an overwhelming number of requests I'm pleased to say that I am now offering fine art prints direct from this website. I'm offering Fine Art giclée prints in three sizes:
Print size approximately 11" x 7" (printed on A4 310gsm fine art paper) £45 each
Print size approximately 17" x 11" (printed on A3+ 310gsm fine art paper) £80 each
Print size approximately 22" x 15" (printed on A2 310gsm fine art paper) £105 each
The final print will be produced on only the finest quality heavy art papers (minimum 300gsm) from Canson and Hahnemühle using archival exhibition quality inks. Papers are selected according to whether the image demands matt or a semi-gloss, all are lightly textured or fibrous ensuring the finest detail and finish is best represented by each choice. Regardless, I guarantee it will look spectacular behind glass.
Each print is provided unframed and unmounted so that you can make your own choice to meet the mood or lighting where you want to hang it. Common with many galleries, I personally prefer white mounts and silver or black frames as per the image I finished above - it's all a matter of personal taste of course but on balance I would also choose a frame roughly double the size of the image with a beautiful wide mount to accentuate it as a centre piece (so if buying an A3 print you might want to think about mounting it in an A2 size frame). There will also be enough border to enable each print to be professionally mounted and framed without cropping the edges of the original image. Each print takes around 7 days to create and despatch, allowing for adequate drying times in order to ensure you receive the best quality product.
limited edition certificate of authenticity
All prints made available will be strictly limited to just 20 editions, will be individually signed and numbered on the reverse, and supplied with a special foil sealed Limited Edition Certificate, as pictured below. The Certificate Of Authenticity and seal guarantees the exclusivity and quality of the product - it's in essence my promise to you that you are receiving a unique hand finished piece of photography and printed art.
shipping & handling
If your shipping destination is within the UK, shipping cost is free, otherwise a reasonable additional charge is added for the rest of the European Union, United States and Canada at checkout. If you are elsewhere in the world, you will need to contact me first for rates.
All prints are carefully protected and sent rolled in tubes. This is absolutely the only practical and sensible way to send the item through the mail given the size and opportunity for a flat piece of art to be damaged in transit. If you are reasonably local, I might even hand deliver it myself. I'm letting you know this now so you know what to expect - after receiving your print you should unpack it and allow it to settle flat for a few days before attempting to frame it.
