At forty five years old I know I'll never live anywhere else in the world. England and the wider British Isles has the most incredible diversity in its landscape, an island nation marked out by everything from the endless incredible beauty of the Lake District in the north, the rolling landscapes of the Cotswolds across the central belt of the Midlands, the flat open minimal Norfolk spaces to the East and the wild etched and violent jurassic shapes of the West Coast. How could you ever leave a land like that behind?

Homelands is a collection of photographs captured near and far, all across inland Britain, the sights of home where I feel attached, compelled by and connected to the landscape around me.
